Today i went to the Brecon Beacons for the first time in ages as it were a lovely day (and Richard has a car) went for a pint in Brecon then for a drive through the Rhondda Valleys and back home where a curry was waiting for me! What a perfect day! Now i'm gonna top it off with a nice cup of tea!

Saw 'Dawn of the Dead' yesterday which was as ridiculous as expecting, good for a laugh though. The weekend was good though Wales destroyed Italy and England lost to France meaning I won £5 from Dan!
Today me and Chris went to the beach to drink beer and look at the sea and enjoy a nice sunny day.
That's about it really, nothing especially eventful.

A weekend of Drinking and Rugby is ahead once again, tonight the Scarlets play Connacht and 2moro is the last Six nations day (boo hoo!) where Wales finally get their second win (Touch wood) at the Millennium Stadium against Italy, Ireland will win the Triple Crown by beating Scotland and I will win a fiver off Dan when France beat England.
I've been a bit ill the past couple of days but i'm feeling slightly better now, today i want to be an artist but not in the painting sense (my paintings leave a lot to be desired) but in a photography sense, i'll let you all know how it goes.

Record of the week this week is 'Catch me Up' by Gomez although i'm listening to a lot of good songs at the mo that could have taken the honour including 'Come Home Billy Bird' by The Divine Comedy with Lauren Laverne, 'Plug It In' by Basement Jaxx and 'What's Your Number' by Cypress Hill.
I've just been drunk for the last couple of days so i don't really have much to say.

I want so many things, I wish I was rich :(
Here's some things that I want
A Moog Sythesizer
A nice Red Mod Scooter
A Yacht
to visit Iceland, Ireland and Italy
A New Passport
A New Primeminister
Wales to Beat England or Llanelli to win the Heineken Cup (or both)
Some more musical friends
to know what I want to do in life
to be appreciated
for money not to be so important (money is for rich people)
A wonderfully interesting, fun, musical, ambitious, inspiring girl to suddenly enter my life
Some more socks

There those are the one's that immediately spring to mind, sigh, oh well, I'll just keep wishing :(

Damn You England!!!! It was close it was a great game Wales played well but it wasn't to be for this year (i don't think England could ever show their faces again if they'd lost both games at twickenham) oh well another year to wait.

Sospan Fach

Mae bys Mari Ann wedi gwywo,
A Dafydd y gwas ddim yn iach;
Mae'r Baban yn y crud yn crio,
A'r gath wedi scrapo Johnny bach
Sospan fach yn berwi ar y tân
Sosban fawr yn berwi ar y llawr
A'r gath wedi scrapo Johnny bach.
Dai bach yn sowldiwr,
Dai bach yn sowldiwr,
Dai bach yn sowldiwr,
A chwt i grys e' mas.

Mae bys Mari Ann wedi gwella,
A Dafydd y gwas yn ei fedd;
Mae'r baban yn y crud wedi tyfu,
A'r gath wedi huno mewn hedd.
Sospan fach yn berwi ar y tân
Sosban fawr yn berwi ar y llawr
A'r gath wedi huno mewn hedd.
Dai bach yn sowldiwr,
Dai bach yn sowldiwr,
Dai bach yn sowldiwr,
A chwt i grys e' mas.

Monday Sodding Monday!! Today i decorated the lounge with a couple more posters, one of Bert and Ernie (and rubber ducky) and one full of moronic (and funny) George Bush quotes. e.g. "I do not believe we've put a guilty.... i mean innocent person to death in the state of texas" and my favourite of the day "I know how hard it is to put food on your family" Heheheheh!! Twat!
My record of the week this week (John Peel Moment) is by a band called The Killer's (who supported Stellastarr on their recent tour) the song is called 'Somebody Told Me' and it is out to buy/download now.

Cardiff Blues 0
Llanelli Scarlets 6
Well a win is a win, it was pissing it down in Cardiff and it made the game look like more of a mud wrestling competition.
Other than that i've had my usual lazy saturday (although me and Menna did tidy the lounge and kitchen)
I'm bored! I'm gonna listen to some................ thing.

Well this week is just flying by and while I'm slightly thankful for it it's quite scary, it's the weekend for me already!! Tuesday consisted of pub with Laura and Gareth from my course, then yesterday consisted of me and Bryant (other people joined in later) drinking Cider, today has consisted of not a whole lot really, got some weed off Dan and spent a good hour or so looking on the internet for a second hand Moog (if anyone has one they want to sell that'd be great but I don't hold out much hope)
Now I have to decide between a Moog or a lovely shiny red mod scooter! The Moog will probably win but then I can't really afford either so unlucky being me!

It's the feeling that you get when you realize that tomorrow's not gonna be a better day

Dave and Alex have just left after being here for the past few days, we had a good day in Bristol on Saturday, we went to three different pubs and watched the Rugby (England getting beaten by Ireland hahahaha!!!) and then went to see Stellastarr at the Fleece and that was really really great!
Yesterday wasn't quite so good because for the second time in three years Wales we swindled out of beating France by a refereeing decision (last time disallowing welsh tries, this time allowing a French try after a forward pass) but still we managed to drink from about 2pm till 2am, Ceri Anne, Bryant, Beth, Menna, Stuart, Gillam, Sanj and Chris all figured along the way as well as we took in such sights as Decade, Bar Reef and Envy!
And now it's back to the daily grind of whatever the hell it is I do (oh yeah university)

My Record of the week this week (wow i fell like John Peel) is by a band called The Fiery Furnaces and the track is called Tropical Ice-Land from the LP 'Gallowsbird's Bark' it's quite obscure but may be possible to find to download, if not the single and LP are in the shops go buy 'em yer cheap bastards!

I've written a few songs this week for the first time in a while and the music to 1 of them (go me!) they may appear here at some point in the future.
Thing's are rattling along nicely at the moment nothing really special to say, St David's Day was non-eventful (as was yesterday and today for that matter) everything is in a state of okayness.

Been ill the past couple of days which isn't very nice obviously but i'm fine(ish) now. Watched a lot of rugby over the weekend including the sham of a game on friday night (Warriors v Scarlets) in which stupid referee Simon McDowell ruined the game....

Taken from www.scarlets.co.uk
Among McDowell’s critical decisions were failing to award a penalty try when Dwayne Peel was cynically hacked down when chasing his own kick ahead with the try line beckoning.and awarding a last ditch penalty to the Warriors following a marginal decision to penalise David Maddocks for a high tackle despite having ignored more obvious offences earlier.

Now i know that people always complain about their team getting treated unfairly but this was blatantly obvious to anyone who knew a thing about rugby.

Anyway that's my rant out of the way, it has come to my attention that the link to my website i posted the other day isn't working so maybe a copy and paste job is a better idea.
Here's the address, take care everyone and eat plenty of bananas.
